From November 15–21, 2026, Hopecam founder Len Forkas will take on one of the world’s most extraordinary endurance challenges: the Great World Race.
In just seven days, Len will run seven marathons across seven continents, covering 183 miles from Antarctica to Miami.
But this race is about more than the miles.
Since founding Hopecam in 2003 Len has dedicated his life to helping children with cancer stay connected to their friends, classmates, teachers, and communities.
Now, he’s running for the children who inspire everything Hopecam does.
Throughout Len’s journey, each marathon will honor a Hopecam child whose life has been impacted by cancer and share how staying connected to friends, classmates and community can make an extraordinary difference during treatment.
Every mile is an opportunity to raise awareness and inspire hope. Every $1,000 raised helps Hopecam connect another child fighting cancer to their classroom, friends and community.
